The new YMCA facility on Freeman Street in Grimsby is progressing well, with all brick masonry having now been completed to 2nd floor; helped by a recent nice weather run for the team to take full advantage of! With windows due to be installed at the end of November, this worthwhile community facility is now starting to visually take shape in this area of regeneration.
This exciting development will provide 74 high quality residential units for young people, and aims to puts the YMCA at the heart of the community, with its ground floor providing a cafe, event and meeting space.
