At the NRP Multi-Storey Car Park adjacent to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, 900 solar panels have been installed on its roof to create a zero carbon car park. Its average annual production is estimated to be nearly 300,000kWh.
The 364.50kW system solar system has now been installed and will produce electricity to not only power the car park, but will over generate, creating renewable energy for use across the wider Firm.
