Who can apply?
Most entrants will have a professionally accredited degree in such disciplines as engineering, design, commercial services or construction management. However, we will also consider candidates with non-construction related degrees.
When can I apply?
Our vacancies will go live in Autumn each year with successful candidates joining the business in September in the following year. Other graduate programme vacancies, for example Quantity Surveyor programmes, may remain open throughout the year. Spaces are always limited so it’s a good idea to apply early!
The dedicated study day provided each week at R G Carter Academy is incredibly beneficial. It’s allowed me to focus, away from my day to day role, and is a great way to meet and share ideas with other graduates and trainees across the company.
