The topping out of the new Passivhaus student accommodation in Cambridge, saw the gathering on site of 30 members of King’s College, including Bursars and their development team, and Directors from R G Carter, to celebrate this project milestone.
The cross laminated timber frame to both buildings on Cranmer Road, has now been completed and the air seal tests to the CLT structure and window installation have been passed with excellent scores, exceeding Passivhaus standards.
