On Phase 4 at ThreeScore housing development in Bowthorpe, the R G Carter team are delighted to have now handed over the first of the 76 properties to be built on this site for Norwich City Council.
11 two to three bedroom homes, and nine apartments have now been completed, ready for the new residents of these affordable homes, which were designed by Hamson Barron Smith.
This Phase is part of the wider ThreeScore development where the Firm has worked on housing since 2017, having already completed 153 homes and the construction of Bowthorpe Care Village on this new community scheme on the outskirts of Norwich.
