A real transformation is now taking place at The Hold, the new archive centre at Ipswich, as both the external facades and internal spaces takes shape.
Externally, the hard landscaping, paving and main entrance of the building are being completed, alongside final brick details to the walls. Internally, second fix carpentry, floors and decoration, along with M&E, is being run throughout, and the team are close to revealing the impressive three storey high open space in the main core of the building, with its slatted timber ceiling and sky light.
This will then enable this huge and impressive space to be opened up and viewed from the ground floor.
