It was a great night at the East of England RICS Awards, with Canary Quay housing scheme winning Best Residential Development.
The judging panel outlined that the full team; Broadland Housing Group, R G Carter, Ingleton Wood LLP, Richard Utting Associates LLP, Rossi Long Consulting and Bidwells were nominated for this award stating that “All the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism within their individual fields and areas of responsibility but crucially brought their professional and collaborative skills together for the benefit of the project and the community.”
It was most certainly teamwork that made this project so successful! Congratulations to everyone involved.
The Jubilee Building at Heltwate School in Peterborough, was also shortlisted for Community Benefit Project, and Cranfield Hangars decarbonisation project, in the Heritage category.
