At the site of the new Houstone School in Houghton Regis, near Dunstable, our team from R G Carter can be seen here in front of the finished steel work, where SFS and brickwork is now commencing. This new secondary school has a 70m x 35m ground floor footprint for the classroom, canteen and reception areas, with a separate Sports Hall and all-weather and natural sports pitches to the rear.
The new school will provide Houghton Regis with increased spaces to support the Linmere housing development being constructed in the area and will open its doors for the autumn term in 2022.
