R G Carter has experience and expertise across the commercial and industrial sectors, encompassing refurbishment and upgrades to existing facilities, as well as design and delivery of new offices, production facilities and larger developments such as supporting infrastructure. We are able to provide assistance from an early stage, helping to refine the brief and assemble the right project team to develop the design and promote the scheme through planning. Where the design has been developed, we can work with you to finalise costs and deliver the scheme according to your programme requirements.

Our Commercial experience includes the design and construction of entire new office blocks (shell and core), as well as Cat A and Cat B fit out of individual units. Working collaboratively with landlords and tenants, we seek to understand your needs and maximise asset value: attractive, comfortable and well-lit working environments that provide flexibility in use and provide value across the life-cycle of the asset.

Our Industrial experience ranges from steel-framed storage and warehousing facilities, to complex production facilities across a range of industries including aviation, oil and gas, food and beverage, agriculture and waste management/recycling centres. We work with and around your business in order to deliver your project, whilst ensuring safety and minimal disruption to normal operations.
