Phase 1 at Canary Quay has now been handed over to Broadland Housing and its first residents have moved into their new homes. Patricia Hollis House as it has been named, is located on the riverside, in sight of Norwich City Football Club. 669 apartments were handed over by the end of October with the final 36 will handed over in November 2019.
Phase 2 continues to progress well, with facades and internal fixings well underway, and Central Trades remain working on scaffolding and carpentry throughout. The demolition of the warehouse on the site of Phase 3 has also now been completed, and GMP have already started work on site to prepare groundworks.
The second phase of residents will be able to access their new apartments, from Spring 2020.
