The new Nar Ouse Regeneration Area Enterprise Zone will ultimately provide approximately 15 hectares of serviced, development land for office, industrial and research space. It is one of the largest brownfield regeneration projects ever handled in West Norfolk and is conveniently located adjacent to the A47 in King’s Lynn, with easy access to the A10 to Cambridge, and to the A17.

R G Carter are pleased to have started work on site for two buildings which we are constructing for this scheme for the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. Groundworks are now well underway for these facilities which will provide traditional and flexible offices and industrial warehouse space.
