Further to the recent delivery of the award-winning new teaching and accommodation building at Norwich University of the Arts, our team are now back, helping the University to refurbish their adjacent ‘locally listed’ building on Duke Street.
Contributing to a new disabled access strategy for this building, this first phase will deliver a new, more direct entrance route from the adjacent new building. The works will also reconfigure the ground floor spaces to provide larger seminar rooms and improved access.
Currently lots of demolition work has been undertaken, to rework and redecorate the space, which was originally built in 1888. Here you can see two of our team members, Ryan and Ben, standing in the previous entrance space on Duke Street, now being refurbished.
