With over 60 of the 79 mixed tenure homes on the first phase at Rayne Park, Three Score, handed over to Norwich Regeneration Ltd, we are now at completion stage of the final block. 2nd fix finishing is taking place, and the block paving, tarmac and rain gardens being finished across the whole development.
Of the 79 homes in this first phase, 65 are built to passivhaus standard, providing quality sustainable housing that will help serve Norfolk’s ever growing population.
When fully completed, the development will become home to one of the largest passivhaus developments in the country!
