Swineshead Road – 25 Dwellings

The site is located at Former Phoenix Poultry Farm, near a retail shopping centre at Boston. Surrounding the site are retail units and residential properties.

In partnership with Platform Group (formerly known as Waterloo Housing), this scheme has regenerated the site and delivered homes for local people following increased demand for affordable housing.

The project consists of the construction of 25 rented social housing properties and garages, adoptable road construction including piled foundations, timber frame construction throughout with external brickwork skin and landscaping.
