Premier Inn Bicester

The R G Carter Projects team handed over the large extension to the Premier Inn in Bicester in late 2019.

This was a three-story timber frame extension finished in render and stone cladding, providing an extra 56 rooms over the three floors with a new lift.

Extensive re modelling of the existing car park had to be programmed with both the hotel and Brewers Fair.

The works also included a reception upgrade involving creating a temporary reception from two existing bedrooms, via temporary access. Upon completion these were constructed back into bedrooms.
