Operational Base Cromer

Construction of a new single storey police station including offices, external secure store, external parking, ambulance station and new site access.

The project included many environmental measures including Solar Panels, Sun Pipes for natural internal light, a Sedum Roof and a Wind Turbine.

The construction was a traditional build with concrete strip foundations, masonry load bearing structure and partitions, structural steel roof, with a Sarnafil green roof and aluminium curtain walling and windows.

This was the fourth Operational Deployment Base completed by R G Carter for Norfolk Constabulary.
