Incubator 2 Building

R G Carter constructed a new commercial office building know as Incubator 2 (I2) along the Boulevard at the heart of Alconbury Wealds Enterprise Campus. I2 provides a flexible, inspiring space for small and start up businesses.

The architectural building style follows on from the neighbouring Club Building, which R G Carter successfully completed in 2015, and the first Incubator building.

The office space is spread over two floors, built using steel frame construction which is exposed internally in line with the industrial design concept that the interior is based upon, with a strong feature glazed elevation facing Boulevard.

The external façade includes larch cladding and single ply roof.
