Endoscopy Unit Alterations at Louth County Hospital

This project consisted of a new high specification Endoscopy Procedure Room via remodelling and alteration of an existing void and parts of an administration office and circulation area.

The works included limited demolition and installation of partitions, new doorsets, hygienic wall cladding, IPS units, finishes and fittings together with building services alterations and upgrades such as a full AHU system within the undercroft.

The Hospital is a live operational site and the area of works is located within the ground floor, undercroft and loft space. All departments within the same block remained operational throughout the contract period and works coordinated with Departmental Managers.

The site team worked closely with NHS staff and were able to hand over a high quality product, with minimal disruption which will help improve the hospital’s facilities and services within the local area.
