Progress continues on the Albion Wharf project on the Ipswich waterfront. An 80m high tower crane that can be seen widely across Ipswich was a key milestone for the project to start progressing rapidly.
Scaffolding is wrapped around the envelope of the building providing safe access/egress onto floors. Within the next few weeks we are set to begin roofing works, you will start to see steelwork erection as the structure of the roofs are being formed.
Internal works have begun in the apartments and screed has been pumped to the three floors. Material hoists have also been installed and are now fully operational to aid the serving blocks with material.
