A three story 26 bedroom extension and reception refurbishment to the Premier Inn at Norwich East (Broadland business park) was recently completed by R G Carter.
The project was completed earlier than expected, which is a credit to the team involved as there were challenging ground conditions. The building was constructed in a timber frame structure with external brick and block (rendered) cladding, with a traditional tiled roof, car park extension and drainage alteration including new runs across existing carpark areas.
