At the Find My Future Fair at the John Innes Centre we had a great day helping to inspire over 120 students from 10 local high schools in Norfolk, on career routes within STEM subjects.

Members of our site team, preconstruction team and apprentices, spent time engaging the pupils and teachers in the world of construction and engineering. From bridge building and role puzzles, to hard hat selfies, it was both a fun and educational time had by all!

The toughest, most competitive battle of the day was on the tower activity to see who could build the highest with Jenga blocks. This year it was won by a team at Ormiston Denes, towering a massive 259cm high, almost half a metre higher than last year!
