The Building Solutions team at R G Carter, have been busy over the last year, refurbishing Hethersett Old Hall School in Norwich for use by Norfolk Constabulary. This previous boarding school provided the ideal buildings for converting into a new and effective training centre for student police recruits.
Students are already utilising the first Phase of 14 classrooms that were completed last year, and as seen in this image with Tina Bedder from Site Administration at Norfolk Constabulary, the team have also since refurbished the Sixth Form block into further classrooms and IT suites which are also now in use.
As further refurbishment work continues across the site, it is wonderful to see these spaces be brought back to life for the benefit of the community.
