R G Carter has handed over a large extension to the Premier Inn hotel in Bicester.
The project involved construction of a three-story timber frame extension finished in render and stone cladding, providing an extra 56 rooms over the three floors with a new lift for its customers.
The existing car park was extensively remodelled, working with the hotel and Brewers Fair to ensure minimal disruption.
The works also included a reception upgrade utilising two existing bedrooms. Upon completion these were constructed back into bedrooms for immediate use.
