Construction of the Mildenhall Hub has reached another milestone, with the completion of the first phase of steel framework for this multi-million project. A tour of the site to mark this stage, enabled some of the partners in the project to see first-hand how it is taking shape and to gain a first glimpse of the space in which their new facilities will be housed.
The steel framework will form part of the state-of-the-art hub, bringing together a number of operational services to provide easier access to better facilities for the community.
Those that attended the tour included West Suffolk Councillor Joanna Rayner, along with Alex Wilson, Director at West Suffolk Council, Lois Wreathall, Head of Primary Care at West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group, and Kate Ashton, Executive Library Manager from Suffolk Libraries.
