Once the location of site units, storage and the tower crane for the prestigious Bodley’s Court restoration project, the riverside garden area in front of the building has now had a total transformation! New lawn areas and resin-bound paths are now laid, ready for the student residents of this historic accommodation at King’s College Cambridge to enjoy the view onto the River Cam and watch the many punters that can be seen leisurely floating by.
This marks another step closer to the project’s completion, which has already seen the old Collyweston roof slates replaced and the windows and stonework restored
on its facades.
