King’s Lynn Innovation Centre (KLIC) has received yet another award, this time the 2017 Regional Construction Excellence Award at the Norfolk Constructing Excellence Club AGM, held at the Assembly Rooms in Norwich.
The award was presented to strategic director, John Balch, as Client of the Year, who noted our part in the project in his quote “As with all complex construction projects KLIC presented many challenges and this award is testament to an extraordinary team effort in delivering this unique building on time and under-budget. The KLIC project has also been an exemplar of success through partnership and collaboration with particular thanks to Feilden & Mawson, R G Carter, New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership and West Norfolk Council…”
The project has won several other awards since its completion in 2016, including the Norfolk Association of Architects Award.
The building supports the local community by delivering a landmark building and encourages new and growing businesses in the region.
