At Welton, north of Lincoln, our team is busy delivering Diamond Place, an extra care housing scheme for Lincolnshire County Council in partnership with LACE Housing Association. Surrounding the building sits green landscaping, with a courtyard at the back that will offer lawned areas, flower gardens and a vegetable patch, and forms the main entrance to the apartments access to the bungalows.
