We were delighted with the news that two recent projects delivered, won awards at this year’s annual RICS (Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors) Social Impact Awards for the East of England.
The Nook, the new hospice in Framingham Earl for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices ( EACH ) winning the healthcare award, and Crown Place, for Crown Student Living in Norwich, winning the student accommodation award.
Head judge Jonathan Nelson said of the projects “In these challenging times, it is warming to reflect on these winning projects, and how they are not only a demonstration of talent within the profession but showcase how buildings can make towns and cities across the country more inclusive and deliver communities which people can be proud of.”
We are proud to have been involved in both of these community based projects, which have made a real difference to people’s lives and will have an impact for generations to come.
Congratulations to everyone involved on this wonderful achievement and recognition.
