The first patients are now receiving appointments at the new, purpose-built Diagnostic Assessment Centre (DAC) at James Paget University Hospital in Great Yarmouth, ahead of its official opening on 24th July 2024.

This new DAC is the first of three new outpatient imaging buildings in Norfolk and Waveney to open, and the first of two R G Carter are delivering. It will offer access to new MRI and CT scanner equipment, as well as X-ray and Ultrasound imaging, aiming to improve access to diagnosis and monitoring of a very wide range of conditions, including cancer, heart disease, stroke, respiratory diseases, trauma, musculoskeletal diseases, and neurology.

Congratulations to all of our team and everyone involved in delivering this much-needed healthcare facility.
