At Minster Close in Hatfield, the team have completed the 91 assisted living apartments for Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council. These homes, designed by Rock Townsend have replaced the council-owned housing previously at this location, no longer fit for purpose.
Each of the main four blocks of apartments contain one and two bedroom flats, each with their own private balcony and are linked by a ground floor walkway. With an emphasis on independence and social life, communal space includes a community lounge and sun room and attractive outdoor courtyard, and garden space for residents.
