At the new YMCA Community & Activity Village in Newark, the Clip ‘n Climb walls are now in situ, and will complement the 15m Olympic standard climbing wall, 4m training wall and bouldering walls in the climbing hall. These ten colourful wall treatments will provide climbers the variety to practice and hone various skills, from fingertip strengthening to reach and flexibility.
Climbing is just one of the exciting facilities that our team is helping to create within this new community-led scheme for YMCA Newark and Sherwood
Set to welcome thousands of people every week, the facility will provide a strength and conditioning gym, fitness classes, a dance studio, classrooms for music, art, and digital skills, and training kitchens. A 90+ place early years nursery, community café, and conference and meeting rooms are also just some of the many facilities the community will enjoy.
