Work is now underway on the next stage of the Bowthorpe development in Norfolk. A sod cutting ceremony was held in June with representatives from R G Carter, Leaders estate agents, Hamsom Barron Smith and the Chairman of the Norfolk Regeneration Company in attendance.
This new scheme is for 172 properties, known as Rayne Park and will include 112 properties that will be built to Passivhaus standard.
They will range from one-bed to five-bed homes with 57 being affordable housing and are part of a much wider plan to build 1,000 homes at Three Score.
This scheme follows our successful delivery of the Bowthorpe Care Village which opened to the public last year.
