On the currently very wet site of Broadland Gate Police Station, our R G Carter team have been working hard to keep the mud at bay as they progress on this new 43,000 sq ft scheme for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk.
It has been all hands on deck from every one in the team during this inclement January weather, to complete a huge soakaway next to the main office block in 3 days. Within a 1600m3 hole, they have stacked 3040 Polycel crates by hand, five high! Fun work in the rain for them, but a great demonstration of our teamwork values and culture of ‘getting the job done’, whatever it takes, whatever the role!
