We are delighted to have been awarded enhanced Gold membership by The 5% Club for the second year running. This recognises the continued development of our employees through ’earn and learn’ schemes such as our apprenticeship programme and the study of professional qualifications.
This year we have had 19 new apprentices join us across a variety of different craft and management courses around the Group, now having a total of 60 apprentices, with over 35 people studying for formal qualifications.
With 11% of our workforce meeting the relevant criteria for Gold, we are tremendously proud to recognised, supporting our ongoing commitment to the next generation and development of our people.
