At the new Houstone Secondary School for Central Bedfordshire Council, we were pleased to welcome Associate Director Darren Fellowes from Concertus Design and Property Consultants Limited, designers and project managers of the building, for a tour of progress on site. Seen left in the main dining hall in this new three storey school is Darren with members of the R G Carter project team, checking out electrical drawings for the hall’s lighting settings, being undertaken by Eyre Group
The masonry façades for the Teaching Block and separate Sports Block are now complete, with the final external cladding progressing in the coming weeks. Internally, the first fix MEP is nearing completion and all the stairwells, lifts and partitions are now complete.
