This innovative Passivhaus student accommodation for King’s College is the first of its kind in Cambridge, supporting the University’s vision for providing sustainable and modern living.
Located on Cranmer Road, the development provided 59 graduate rooms across two new accommodation buildings; Cranmer Villa and The Stephen Taylor Building, both to Passivhaus standards.
A stunning example of ‘building for the future’ and one we are very proud to have been a part of.
