With Phase 1 and 2 of the residential development at Canary Quay complete and handed over to Broadland Housing, the team are now focusing on Phase 3 delivery for Spring 2021.
The new residential block, which sits adjacent to both of the first two phases, will provide 100% social housing and contain 73 apartments.
Currently working on the light gauge steel structure, the team aim to be ready for brickwork and cladding to commence later this summer.
