The site team at The Winerack in Ipswich held an Information Evening on Wednesday 14th March for local residents and businesses to come and meet the team, discover our plans and ask any questions they may have.
The event was well attended with many attendees commenting on the professionalism of the team.
The completed project will create 149 residential units and 5,000 square feet of commercial space, and will support 56 new jobs. It is a key development in the Ipswich Vision project, which brings together local partners to work towards a single vision for the regeneration of Ipswich town centre.
