Background
R G Carter is looking for a Business Administrator to provide administration support within our small team at the
R G Carter Training Academy. This is a full-time onsite office position.
The ideal candidate is to have a strong work ethic with a positive “can do” attitude and good organisational skills and the ability to work within a team and independently once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with email enquiries in a prompt & efficient manner
- Answer incoming calls
- Electronic filing and scanning
- Assist with training course bookings
- Raising purchase orders
- Learning about constructions training requirements
- Issuing training certificates
- Run reports from our learning management system
- Chasing providers for course attendance information
- Facilitating the evaluations of online courses by sending surveys for delegates to complete following their training
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Basic computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage large volume of emails.
- Good organisation skills
- Know how to prioritise workload
- Full training will be given. You will work toward completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship the duration of this is one and half years. Upon completion and based on consistent performance we will look to offer a permanent position.
