In Welton, north of Lincoln, we are delivering an extra care housing scheme for Lincolnshire County Council who are working in partnership with LACE Housing Association, West Lindsey District Council and Homes England.
To view progress, representatives of all the partners, joined our Lincoln team for a tour of progress on the new development, which will provide 62 one-bedroom apartments and 10 bungalows for shared ownership.
The scheme now officially named Diamond Place and is expected to be completed early in 2025.
The team are now pushing forward with 2nd and 3rd fix stages to the apartments and external hard landscaping, whilst celebrating their amazing recent CCS results, scoring 45/45. Well done to everyone.
