After seven years constructing homes at Threescore in Bowthorpe, the final Phase has now completed, with the delivery of the last 76 homes for client Norwich City Council and procured through the Pagabo Medium Works framework.
A mix of social rent and shared ownership, the homes provide two, three and four bedrooms, with semi-detached, detached and terraces. All are traditionally brick built, with selected homes rendered and others clad.
With the sun shining and the wild flowers out in bloom, the homely community vision the council hoped to create can now be seen at its best!
