At the new DAC centre at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn we are continuing our commitment to supporting the next generation. T Level student Cameron Bunning from West Suffolk College has been attending site every Wednesday, working towards the 45 days of experience required to complete his course. Cameron has already worked 178 hours on site, having seen the project from ground level and will see it complete later this summer. A great opportunity to see all stages of a project to help bring his college theory to life.

Last week, the team also welcomed Harry Baverstock from Nene Park Academy in Peterborough, a Year 12 Construction A Level student, for work experience. Harry has already spent time with us over the last two years during his GCSE’s, at Helwate School in Peterborough, and was keen to return and learn more about a new project and sector.

Here are both students inside the build with one of their mentors, Site Manager Paul Skerritt; it has been wonderful to have them both on site.
