Over 40 of our management apprentices attended their end of year conference this week; reflecting on the achievements of 2018, learning more about next year’s objectives and taking part in a fun team building exercise which encouraged creativity!
The activity involved building over 15 different structures in small teams, through which a ball had to travel from one end to the other in a chain reaction; involving materials such as drain pipes, timber, balloons, plasticine and lego – it was a great test of people’s innovative thinking as well as the engineering and construction skills they have acquired in their roles.
